Valentine’s Day Cocktail Chemistry Class at Edison and Ford Winter Estates
FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 20, 2022) — Edison and Ford Winter Estates is partnering with Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery to offer couples a special Valentine’s Day Cocktail Chemistry Class. Rum experts from Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery will teach the class, which will be held in the River Pavilion, along the Caloosahatchee River at the Estates on February 14.
Guests participate in a cocktail chemistry class at Edison and Ford Winter Estates.
Participants may also take a romantic stroll along the river, while listening to live music by David Rojas.
The cocktails will include locally produced Wicked Dolphin rum and botanicals sourced from the Edison Ford gardens. Each couple will make two cocktails during the evening, plus will receive welcome cocktails, appetizers from Personal Touch Catering, and a box of Norman Love chocolates. Classes will be held at 5:30 and 6:15 p.m. (couples will attend both, making one cocktail in each timeslot).
The cost per couple (each ticket admits two people) is $180 for non-members, or $160 for Edison Ford members. Advance registration is required by February 7; register online now to reserve your spot.
