Homeschool Program at Edison and Ford Winter Estates

Edison and Ford Winter Estates offers many programs for children throughout the year, including a homeschool program for students in grades first

Homeschool students learn about science and engineering at Edison and Ford Winter Estates.

through sixth, day camps when school is closed and summer camp. There are currently openings in the homeschool program for this school year. Classes run from 10 a.m. to noon each day.

Students will learn in the “living laboratory” of the Estates, in an outdoor classroom environment (weather permitting). Homeschool classes are aligned with Next Generation Science and Florida State Standards. Classes are a combination of instruction and hands-on activities that are designed to facilitate homeschool or virtual science education.
