Flanders, President and CEO at Edison and Ford Winter Estates. The Track Club is donating part of the proceeds from the annual Turkey Trot 5K that was held at the Estates on Thanksgiving day in 2022. The presentation will take place in front of the Banyan tree at Edison and Ford Winter Estates.
This was the second year in a row that the Estates hosted the Turkey Trot, which had 2,388 runners and tot trotters. The long-running community event was previously held in Cape Coral and has become a part of many local family’s Thanksgiving Day tradition. The Track Club plans to hold the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot at the Estates again in 2023.
